About the Role
We're looking for a Robotics Simulation Engineer to build and deploy physics-accurate simulation environments for autonomous systems. You'll work on creating digital twins, sim-to-real validation pipelines, and training environments that bridge virtual and physical robotics.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop physics-based simulation environments using Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar platforms
- Build sim-to-real transfer pipelines for robotics applications
- Create digital twin representations of physical environments and robotic systems
- Implement sensor simulation (LiDAR, cameras, IMU, radar) with realistic noise models
- Develop and validate robot behaviors in simulation before real-world deployment
- Integrate simulation environments with cloud and edge computing infrastructure
- Optimize simulation performance for real-time feedback and low-latency operations
- Build training scenarios and challenge modules for autonomous systems
- Work with NVIDIA Omniverse for collaborative 3D workflows
- Collaborate with robotics engineers to ensure sim-to-real accuracy
